15 MHz was not a standard speed grade for 68020 CPU family. These processors were custom made by Motorola for other companies, therefore all of them were marked with custom part numbers. The 68020/15 CPUs were used in Sun 3/50 computer, NCD/X terminals, Apollo DN3000 workstations and possibly in other computers.
