Intel 8087 co-processors were fabricated in two package types - ceramic
side-brazed DIP and hermetic DIP (CerDIP), designed to operate in the
following temperature ranges:
- Commercial temperature range for parts with C, D, QC and QD prefixes.
- Industrial temperature range for parts with LC, LD, TC and TD prefixes.
- Military temperature range for parts with MC and MD prefixes.
There were a few different speed grades of Intel 8087 co-processors ranging
from 4 MHz to 10 MHz.
