Intel 8748 (MCS-48) microcontroller family

Intel 8748 is a member of Intel MCS-48 family of 8-bit microcontrollers. The 8748 microcontroller has on-chip clock oscillator, 2 8-bit timers, 27 I/O ports, 64 bytes of RAM and 1 KB of EPROM.
