A: No. BGA microprocessors, like this one, are soldered on a motherboard, as a result, upgrading or replacing them is very very difficult.

: Intel today introduced Oak Trail platform, aimed at tablets and
other fanless mobile devices. The platform consists of Atom Z650 and
Z670 "Lincroft" microprocessors, coupled with SM35 Express chipset,
and supports several popular mobile operating systems, including

: Today Intel added Atom Z670 microprocessor to official price-list,
which, we presume, means that the processor and Oak Trail platform
will be officially launched on Monday or later next week. First
reports of upcoming tablet-oriented Atom Z670 CPUs emerged as early as
last November, and one of the first Oak Trail-based products, Samsung
Sliding PC 7 Series tablet, was announced at Consumer Electronics Show in
Las Vegas in January 2011. The Samsung 2.2lb tablet has 10.1" display,
2 GB of RAM, up to 64GB SSD drive, and is powered by Windows 7 Home
Premium operating system. More tablets with Intel Z670 were announced
in the recent month, including Fujitsu STYLISTIC Q550 and ECS ElitePad
