Q: I have an AMD Z-Series Z-01 processor. Can I upgrade it?
A: No. BGA processors, like this one, are soldered on a board, as such, upgrading or replacing them is extremely difficult.

AMD announces 2011 HD Tablet Platform, Z-Series Z-01 APU
Jun 03, 2011: Earlier this week, at Computex 2011 show in Taipei, AMD announced 2011
HD Tablet Platform. The platform, based on AMD "Fusion" technology,
currently consists of one APU, Z Series Z-01. This model, built on
enhanced Bobcat "Desna" core, sports lower power consumption while
providing the same level of performance as Bobcat "Ontario"
processors, released earlier this year. The first tablet, utilizing
the Z-01 APU, was also revealed at the show.
