Coppermine Celeron processors were produced in Flip-Chip Ping Grid Array (FC-PGA) package. In this type of package the microprocessor core was mounted on the printed circuit board upside down. Be careful when installing the heatsink as it is possible the damage the core. For example, this specific processor has lower-right corner of the core substrate damaged.
