| Celeron Dual-Core E1600 CPU |
|
At this moment (July 2009) this is the fastest Celeron Dual-Core processor. It's clocked at 2.4 GHz, and, while it has only 512 KB L2 cache, still beats low-clocked Pentium Dual-Core and Core 2 Duo processors in a number of benchmarks. It's a cheap and good processor for day-to-day activities (e-mail, browsing, word processing, etc). |
