Intel to discontinue Core i7-975 in 2011
Aug 03, 2010: Intel posted four product change notifications on its website,
notifying customers of planned discontinuance in 2011 of three desktop
microprocessors: Core i7-975 Extreme Edition, Pentium Dual-Core E5300
and Celeron Dual-Core E3200.
