Q: Is it possible to upgrade my 827E CPU?
A: No. Processors like this one are soldered on a board, for that reason upgrading or replacing them is extremely difficult.

Intel Celeron B710 and 827E CPUs are released
Jul 21, 2011: Earlier this week, Intel ARK database was updated with
specifications of Celeron B710 and 827E processors, that show
"launched" status for both models. We previously reported on these
CPUs, and published their preliminary specs, as well as expected third
quarter launch date. Both SKUs are single-core models with
stripped-down version of integrated HD graphics controller.
Embedded Intel Celeron 827E CPU spotted
May 31, 2011: About a month ago, we reported on two embedded Celeron
B810E and 847E microprocessors. Both CPUs are similar to mobile B810
and 847 Sandy Bridge models with added support for ECC memory, and
they will be coming in the third quarter 2011. Another embedded
Sandy Bridge Celeron with processor number 827E was recently
spotted in specifications of F21P CPU board from Men Micro, Inc.
