Does this processor have an UNLOCKED MULTIPLIER?

I notice that the same series > Athlon X2 7xxx > Black Edition has the unlocked multiplier...is it the SAME for this processor?

Jankoji

Response: The multiplier is locked on this processor.

Your specifications says core voltage runs between 1.05V - 1.325V while mine has been at 1.648V, I've never modded this pc it's factory built, could the volt being over what it's supposed to be pose a problem
