With ACC/NVCC active chipsets this baby becomes one of AMDs most powerfull CPU's.
Overclockable to 2 x 3.7 with stock value
4 x 3.7 @ 1.425mv.

A must have chip for collectors, enthusiasts and more.

Have 550BE CACVC AC 0925 CPMW which shows Bus speed 2000 in CPU Z 1.52 and also in Easytune 6 (Gigabyte MA770-UD3 Mobo) SIW also confirms 2000.
Chip is unlockable but only stable with 3 Cores
enabled.

Increased my fsb to 203 and multi to 18.5 at 1.425v and have a rock solid 3.755Ghz dual core. Unfortunatly when I unlocked the two dorment cores both of them were unstable but still an amazing cpu. Buy it as a dual core and if it unlocks its a bonus. Dont plan on buying one and unlocking it if you have your heart set on a quad core because it might not work like mine.

can any one tell me deff. between black edition and normal edition?

can any one tell me deff. between black edition and normal edition?

Response: Black Edition processors have unlocked clock multiplier - you can easily overclock it by increasing the multiplier in BIOS. The multiplier on non-Black Edition processors cannot be increased, only lowered.

Recently re-housed this processor (CACYC AC 0925CPMW) in an Asus M4A785D-M Pro motherboard with 8GB DDR2 800 Ram and unlocked the other 2 cores but would not run stable in Windows 7 HP(64 Bit) only 3 cores stable. Have since installed Windows XP 64 Bit and this CPU now run s stable at 3.6Ghz @1.4v. Strange that it would not run under Win 7.
