HP offers Phenom II X6 1035T CPUs in desktop computers
May 25, 2010: Dell was the first manufacturer who shipped six-core Phenom II 1035T in their Studio XPS 7100 line of computers (see related news below
for more information). HP now offers two desktop systems with the same
processor.
CPU Support for recently launched CPUs
May 20, 2010: We conducted a quick research on how well motherboards manufacturers, ASRock, ASUS, Biostar, ECS, Gigabyte and MSI, provide CPU support for recently released microprocessors. For this research we used CPUs launched in April: Phenom II X6, Core i5-680 and Pentium E5500.
Phenom II X6 1035T shipped in Dell desktop computers
May 17, 2010: Last week Dell announced Studio XPS 7100 high-performance multimedia computer. We do not publish announcements of new computers, unless the computers include hard-to-find or previously unreleased processors. In this case, the processor is a Phenom II X6 1035T, which release was believed to be pushed back into the third quarter.
