Sempron 150 was quitely introduced in December 2010. This model is an incremental upgrade of 145, that increases clock frequency by another 100 MHz, while all other CPU features were left unchanged. From its inception, the AMD 150 was destined as an OEM-only part, and at this time (March 2011) it is shipped in such OEM systems as eMachines EL1352-43, and HP Pavilion p6700z.

Top view. Stepping code is AAEGC AE 0948MPAW, and the CPU was manufactured at the end of November 2009. "*AE**" in the stepping code suggests that this specific part is based on Regor, but I failed to unlock it.

AMD introduced Sempron 150, Athlon II B28 and Phenom II X6 1065T
Dec 08, 2010: Yesterday we reported on the launch of three new AMD desktop microprocessors, Athlon II 445, Phenom II X2 565 BE and Phenom II X6 1100T, which quickly became a focus of many hardware reviews all over the net. The CPUs also appeared in official AMD price list, and their specifications were added to product pages on the AMD website. Today, AMD added specifications of three additional models - Sempron 150, Athlon II X2 B28 and Phenom II X6 1065T.
