Model 511 is the first dual-core Phenom II without level 3 cache. The microprocessor was spotted for the first time in January 2011 in three different HP desktop PCS: Pavilion Slimline S5730f, Pavilion p6750z and Slimline s5750z. The processor's part number HDX511OCK23GM is unusual, because the "OCK23GM" suffix was used only on dual-core Athlon II CPUs. The Phenom operates at 3.4 GHz, and comes with 1 MB L2 cache per each core, which was common on Athlon II X2 parts. Based on specifications, this processor seems to be a re-branded Athlon II 270, that was supposed to launch in December 2010. At this time (February 2010), Phenom II 511 is sold only in OEM systems.
