Production parts

V105 model is an single-core CPU for ultra-thin notebooks and netbooks. This model features very low, only 9 Watt, power consumption at the expense of CPU performance. The V105 run at 1.2 GHz, which is significantly lower than 2.2 GHz core frequency of the V Series V120 model. HyperTransport link on the V105 does not support HyperTransport 3 protocol, and it is clocked lower than on the V120. The last major difference between this model and the V120 is the package. This microprocessor is offered in ASB2 BGA package, which features smaller size and low profile. At the same time, this type of package is commonly soldered to motherboards, and cannot be easily replaced or upgraded.
