I would recomend this CPU for a budget MAME pc. With a decent mother board and plenty of RAM this CPU will cope with most of the arcade games in MAME.
i recomend this processor for win 95, i wouldnt try it on xp/vista, it cant cope.

20GB hard disk /256MB PC133 SdRam And Install Graphic Card...
Still Can Use for Office Internet and Chatting And Audio on win XP SP2 (tweak).
Power Usage Are Low...Thats is The Best Thing for home user

Poor performance cpu
This processor on overall performance is slower than PII-350MHz.
After this cpu, I never used any AMD products, neither ATI nor their CPU.
This AMD was a rock solid CPU!!
This CPU kicked the hell out of all Pentium 2s!! Just check the benchmarks...
