I STILL have a fully operational Compaq 7994 with this processor in it. It is running XP Pro with no problems and am awaiting arrival of the new (currently it is running on 1x256) 256x2 RAM modules. My parents said it was time for them to get a new PC so they bought an HP desktop with 8gb Ram, AMD Phenom X4! Talk about a change. I acquired the old Compaq and am now tweaking it for my brother. Its a good thing he doesnt know much about PC's! LOL. I apologize for it being out of the case but I was giving it a good cleaning.
