Best overclocker of all times! With a proper, nForce2 Ultra 400 based mainboard, one could easily overclock it to FSB200 and get a 2200MHz. With some struggle, I've reached 2640MHz on a Epox 8rda3i mainboard.
Some people broke even the 3GHz barrier using the 1700+ JUIHB series.

If you'd have to cathegorize this CPU, how would you answer... p3 or P4?

Response: Its microrchitecture is much closer to Pentium III than to Pentium 4.

You need the right stepping for 2200 mhz. Probably you had the JIUHB with tbred-b core, and unlocked multiplier.
Dont expect much overclock from those with tbred-a core.
