Factory settings. Temperature is from 36C to 42C depends on the load. Regular aluminium cooler. Memory DDR must be slowed down in order to be stable and I had to test BIOS setup for AGP and PCI for stable operations. Still have problem with HD movies, sometimes they hung up and the error massage is about CPU/FPU/BUS error. Regular movies and DVDs are OK. Everything runs under Linux. I paid for the CPU 4 euro plus shipping :) Computer was for free with Duron 1200. I bought 750MB of fast RAM and all works fast for me. 2006-12-18 09:58:23 Posted by: Skasian I have one of these in my Old PC. Its stable and reliable. Although it might be a bit outdated by today's standards. Great Chip2006-11-03 07:52:36 Posted by: Jamie I have this in my main PC. I've not overclocked it so it still runs at it's healthy 1.8GHz. Great chip, highly reliable and certainly recommended for anyone thinking about using one.
