I dissambled an ACER 1356 Laptop and found exactly this CPU. Hopefully I get it running in an ASUS A7N8X-Board.

different stepping code

my AXMA2800FKT4C cpu is AQYHA stepping maybe you should add it to the list ;) (and its brown, will get pic up in day or two)

Response: I will add it next time when I rebuild AMD stepping codes and K7 pages.

Overclocking

Bought an unused chip on Ebay. This microprocessor overclocks well if you set the multiplier between 11 and 12.5 and adjust the FSB accordingly. Runs pretty cool rarely exceeding 40C at stock speed with standard heatsink and high speed fan. At 2175 Mz it outperforms an XP3200 in Sysoft Sandra benchmarks.

Unbelievable

The picture don't need a comment!
(with a very simple fan it was 50-54 Celsius)

Unbelievable

Calm running

The same proc. as in the previous comment in a calm mode (200mhz x 11) on 1.5v running on 44-48 Celsius.

athlon xp-m 2800 barton(2133,512k,266x16) on microstar kt4av-l(ms-6712)
1 gig ddr 400 3.0cl at 374mhz 2.5cl Geforce 5 5200 128mb AGP8x

overclocked at 2416mhz(151x16) stable, tested at 2448(153x16) slightly unstable but usable under light loads for short periods of time.
At 2416mhz 29deg C idle, 34 to 36 deg C at max load with an ambient temp of 75 degF (24 deg C) tested with sisoft sandra 2007 "burn in" arithmetic and multimedia benchmarks checked off
sisoft sandras temps correspond exactly with the hardware monitor in my bios

at 2448 its still the same temp maybe a degree warmer and crashes. Even if i increase the voltage all the way to 1.75v it still doesn't do a thing in terms of stability.
my athlon xp3000(2167mhz) maxes out at 2350mhz at 55 deg C, i thinks the manufacturing process (0.13mic)and the extra cache that has alot to do with the ceiling af the processors. All my bartons have maxed out at about 2300 to 2400 mhz. some run really hot some run real cool. Its a hit or miss when it comes to overclocking these processors

you are really lucky to get a Barton overclocked over 2400 mhz
