I have this core overclocked frm 1.66Mhz to 2Mhz (20%) stable w 1.65V. Super Pi values of 55sec 1M. Thats the best it can do so far.

Seems reasonable for this chip.

amd boy did you mean Ghz?
what is "Super Pi values of 55sec 1M"?
i have overcklocked it to 2 Ghz via bios, setting the fsb to 200

overclocking..

amd boi unless you are running water-cooling i dont know how stable that would be -- i use my 2400+ for audio production (mostly with steinberg nuendo) and iv got mine running at 180v -- its only a small step up to a 2500+ (1.8ghz) but it makes a big difference and does not overheat...

its all personal, but IMHO reliability is way more important than how fast the system runs for 10 mins before it overheats at the end of the day...

overclocked for 7 years 2.0ghz
