AMD Athlon 64 FX-51 - ADAFX51CEP5AK (ADAFX51BOX)

CPU Information

AMD Athlon 64 FX-51, the first Athlon 64 FX processor, was released together with socket 754 Athlon 64 3200+ (ClawHammer) on September 23, 2003. Both processors had 1 MB of L2 cache. Internal frequency of the FX-51 was 200 MHz higher than on Athlon 64 3200+. Athlon 64 FX-51 also had dual-channel memory controller as opposed to single-channel memory controller on the 3200+ CPU. These enhancements translated into up to 10% higher performance, or 5% on average, of the FX-51 CPU over the Athlon 64 3200+.
