When running one single-threaded application the 3800+ may perform close to Athlon 3200+. The processor performs much better when running multi-threaded or multiple applications. For these applications the ADA3800DAA5BV is always faster than
single-core 3800+, and in some cases it may be 20% or more faster than the Athlon 64 3800+.
