There were four embedded Pentium microprocessors with speeds ranging from 100 MHz to 166 MHz. Three of these processors were simply desktop Pentiums - they had the same electrical and thermal characteristics as desktop Pentium processors, and even shared the same S-spec numbers with desktop Pentiums. Fourth embedded Pentium was the same as mobile Pentium 133 with 3.1V core voltage.

All embedded Pentiums were manufactured in ceramic PGA package and had the same part numbers as desktop and mobile Pentium CPUs.
