P4 HT TDP

Its interesting that the P4 HT at 3 GHz has a significant TDP increase to 82 W, the same as the 3.2 GHz model while the 2.8 GHz has only 70 W.
My guess is that the TDP has to be ~78 W since its not possible that the FSB, Vcore, stepping etc. is the same yet the TDP isn't linear with the core clock.
