News
Apr 03, 2011: As we already reported today, Intel updated price-list with new
Xeon E3 microprocessors. In addition to that, 18 models from Xeon
E7-2800, E7-4800 and E7-8800 families were added to the list. The
specifications and April 4th introduction date of E7 CPUs were
revealed in January of this year. It seems that the processors will be
launched on time, unlike Xeon E3 family, that was delayed by one and
half months.
Feb 09, 2011: On Monday, we published more details on upcoming Xeon E7
family, and revealed processor numbers from forthcoming E7-8800
series. At the time, we didn't have specifications of these
processors, but we were able to find them today. On top of that,
we discovered more details on Xeon E7-2800 and E7-4800 products.
