  • The AMD A4-5300 supports AVX, F16C, FMA3 and XOP instructions. These extensions are not extensively used in applications yet, but their support should improve in future programs.
  • FMA4 instructions are enabled on this processor. The FMA4 extension is only available on AMD CPUs, therefore it may not get broad support from software vendors.
  • Like many modern processors, the CPU integrates Graphics Processing Unit. This GPU can be used for casual gaming and 3D apps.
  • Power consumption of the AMD A4-5300 microprocessor is lower.
