New core features:

  • Backside level 2 cache running at 1/2 of CPU frequency

Pentium II processors with Klamath core can be identified by:

  • Part number: part number contains 80522.
    An example: DC80522PX2335EC.
  • CPU ID: Processors with the Klamath core have CPU identification numbers 633 and 634.
