Advanced Bit Manipulation (ABM)

Advanced Bit Manipulation (ABM) feature consists of two instructions:

• POPCNT - counts the number of bits set in a word.
• LZCNT - counts the number of leading zeros in a word.

These instructions were introduced in AMD K10 microarchitecture.
