AMD A-Series benchmarks
On this page you will find how different AMD A-Series microprocessors stand against each other when running multiple threads or processes at once. The difference in performance between each of the listed CPUs is calculated as an average of differences in 11 multi-threaded benchmarks from our benchmark database. The list of test applications and programs includes Blowfish encryption, CINEBENCH R10, Euler3D, Fritz Chess Benchmark, PCMark05, MySQL 5.0.96 database test, and wPrime. Several audio and video encoding program are also taken into account, including FLAC audio encoding, H.264 video encoding, LAME MP3 audio encoding, and XVid video encoding.
Benchmarks of AMD A-Series CPUs
This graph with averaged multi-threaded performance contains all tested AMD A-Series microprocessors from our benchmark database. The "Specs" column in the chart containsincludes most important differences between characteristics of all CPUs.
Price / performance ratio of AMD A-Series CPUs
Using the results from the graph above, we ranked AMD A-Series microprocessors based on their price/performance ratio. Value for each model was calculated as an average multi-threaded performance, divided by processor's current official price. Parts with the best price/performance ratio are positioned on the top of the chart. The differences between major features can be found in the "Specs" column.
