i´m looking for this microprocessor 64F23339VfC25 . Anybody know´s where can i buy ? or a compatible.

In addition to obtaining the part you also need two things:
- means to program flash ROM
- firmware image itself

To see if it`s working, fire up it`s compu then take a 100 MHz oscilloscope and set the oscilloscope`s probe on about 2 volts per segment vertical sensitivity. Try different horizontal rates. Synch in can be AC synch if you want. Connect the probe`s outer electrode to ground and look for life, terminal by terminal to see if you are getting say, +3 volts power in, clock input, and various inputs and outputs. Plenty in and nothing out means it`s dead. It`s much more likely that clock, or power in, or inputs and outputs on the motherboard are what have gone West.

may choose a few major pins to check resistance rel. to ground.
