| Probably can't read the date on mine, but its 5175. I think it's the same package too (yours looks gold on top, but it's silver, right?) |

No it is gold

my 6501 is a 3475 - there was a small span of a few weeks it was produced;-) |

I'm starting a database of 6501s & ceramic 6502s (production date, package...) to see if any trends show up.
but the lot code on yours is in a different format to newer chips :-S

btw my 6502 white has date code 0377 and back shows 5 1630 |

that one had a gold top too and had a newer date code |

the 6502 I mentioned is the package with the holes.
I have another one 0877 in a similar package but that is soldered on a kim so no chance to see the backside |
