I dont think Genna has the responsibility to do that, although I do have asked for Genna's help sometimes before the full running of AVICC.
Time is more precious than money in some case

Yes, what you said is a real problem.
Maybe it is time to vote for a new moderators.
and some vintage moderators should better to retire I think.

several months are enough to travel to anywhere on the earth,Even to the moon and back(China will launch an laboratory Space Station--"TIANGONG 1 Space Station" at 2011.9.27-9.30,maybe john.....). this is a happy thing for john,enjoy your trip!
