I have sitting at Genna some spare NOS C3104 dated week 39 1973 still in original blister pack
The 3104 is Content addressable Memory or can be used as standard RAM
24-pin 16-bit (4 x 4)
These are blank on the underside

$38 is for a single blister pack, as I paid way more than $13 each
C3104 have sold for $50 to $100+ and these are mainly the new square package shape from 1975 onwards _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:
