Not at this time.. but that is why I have been picking any type of chips (CPU or not) to build a database of die images to chips _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

They are such a part of computing history that they should interest any collector of such things so I cannot see why they are not selling at 90 bucks a pop - I would have thought they are worth multiple times this amount.
Anyways one of the shots definitely confirms the manufacture date as 1989 putting it firmly in the nCube version 2 camp in my opinion - I cannot get the microscope steady or focused enough to count the lines in the address bus which would really clinch it for me as a version 2 (32 bit address bus) but I think it almost definitely is.
I used the lights from the microscope itself and also an LED torchlight from the side - this combination seemed to give the best result!! _________________ best rgds

I did a quick search - I can get a batch of 10 for around 28 bucks each plus postage - anywhere worldwide airmail should be about 5 bucks. Anyways lets see if enough people interested then I can do the buy!!! _________________ best rgds
