A golfing tale

Two golfers, named Higgs and Boson, were arguing that they could both beat the course record for a particularly hard golf course.

"If you can't beat it", says Higgs, "then I will laugh".

"Likewise", says Boson. "If you can't beat it then I will laugh at you!".

So, the pair set off around the course. A very very strange thing happened. Neither of them could beat par for each hole.

At the end, neither of them could bring themselves to lauch at the other. "But we both promsied that we would laugh", they said. "Well then, we had better tickle each other" - which they did. The story went down in golfifng history, and became known as...............
