2 dual core Power5 dice, and 2 36M L3 cache dice.. Hate to think how many layers are in that white ceramic package. I suspect the pink ones are the cpu dice, while the green/blue are L3 cache. Not sure what clock speed it runs at though.
Pity it's not socketed.. |

They run at 1.5-1.8GHz, very nice looking chips _________________ ***I Aim to Misbehave.***

The POWER5+ die is 243mm2 so just measure and see which matches  _________________ ***I Aim to Misbehave.***
