No it is intel. The power supply is NOS, with original product release notes from intel. You can call for service: 1-800-INTEL-4-U (sorry US and Canada only)
But I don`t know how to use it.

Pretty sure it is a PSU for a cpu test or development system. I have seen a couple of these on ebay over the years.
Open the cover and take some pictures of the insides. |

Nice! I've never (yet) owned or used an ICE, so has no idea they have special power supplies. Guess it makes sense really
Interesting to see the power supply was originally supplied with a serial adapter as well, I would have thought that would come with the ICE, not the power supply  _________________ OMG, I finally found out what's wrong with my brain:
On the left side, there's nothing right, and on the right side there's nothing left!
