I guess maybe there is one day in the future JAC make such a post:
"Found 100 vintage boards with C4004 that I didn't know I had"

if you want to know details of the IBM's chip packaging technology, try this online article:
http://www.research.ibm.com/journal/rd/263/ibmrd2603C.pdf. It deals mainly with IBM S/38 and 43xx, but it's a good reference to IBM MST packages. Another interesting online article is:
