I saw a MITS Altair 680 has been bidded up to US $1,775.00 Shocked
Is it so rare ?

Altair, IMSAI, Intellec, all that stuff gets more and more interesting to collectors.
Chip collectors look what's on the boards, computer collectors want the box and so both bid each other up sometimes.
