I have looked around but cant seem to identify it yet.

looks to be a Hughes part

and its a military temp range part

In the 1980s hughes switched from the HCMP and HMMP prefix to just HC or HM

Ahh Thanks john, I was looking at some Hughs on a few sites and didnt see any with the same prefix.
