I have a source of 25 or so 30CM die wafers, etched (possibly rejected) in a wafer enclosure. See pic.
For $30 a pop+ship, anybody interested? They are so beautiful!

Any idea what core they are? I might be interested in one depending what they are _________________ Some cause happiness wherever they go; others, whenever they go.

Alright, sounds like I may be able to buy a few. If I can sell all 25 (I'm sure there are 25) somebody may also purchase the container I'm contacting the supplier now, see what he says and how many I can get. |

You may be right, but I'm sure enough well-managed foam can stop even shipments from Catapults Across America from being received in >1 piece.
I'm still not positive in what they are, but any information I get will be passed on, for certain.
As for right now, I have the seller holding a bunch, and I'm awaiting any other info from him before they even reach my hands.
Attached is a snippet from a larger pic, and also demonstrating the size of the wafer in respect to the dies. |

Any new info on these wafers?
They look cool and they would be really good as a base for a photographic project I'm doing... |

Note that the original post was made on 1 April, so it might be a hoax.
If not, then I might be interested in one, depending on what they are. |
