first time to see a PLASTIC 4004 with "6-7001" marking.
What does the 'G' mean ?

Almost looks like it was sanded down a bit unerneatht the print to me, I swear I see a sideways grain to the plastic. Maybe the source gives a hint.
The only thing with a G I can shout
is Godbout
but I doubt;-) |

This chip looks like was completely polished on top side or that is only bad effect on photo. Can you make with flash ? _________________ My actual collection full list :
