I know little about foreign chess. but hv a little skill on chinese chess:)

Hi,
these chips are likely from Sun Enterprise (model 3000 and similar) boards.
Heatsinks have been removed.
Very common chips, each CPU and I/O Enterprise board has at least five of them.
They are data and address buffers and bus controllers.
