Mobile.. BGA
Why I put a cheap offer in.. and said good luck at selling it before Intel gets the listing pulled _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

who's going to buy a BGA mobile? Like to see them try to install it, unless they have an SMD reflow oven and a lot of expertise |

If the part number is correct then it's a micro-PGA processor (AW = micro-PGA).

It's in micro FCPGA package, to be correct:

Had a blonde moment.. I missed the package type
Intel does have typos.. but would be rare for them to have Product No & package both wrong
as no pic of bottom... guessing seller has no idea _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

I was surprised to see that one listed. I had it on my watch list, not that I would have paid $500 for it, but I was curious to see if it would sell or get pulled.
Pretty impressive to see how small that quad core die has gotten at 22nm. |

No. As in I would not have paid $500 for it, but it was on my watch list just out of curiosity of the auction outcome. |
