I'm a pretty laid back sort of person that doesn't worry over things
but as I purchased an item of ebay over 10 days ago and no evidence it has been shipped.. I am getting a bit edgy
I have sent message through ebay.. no response
I have sent offline message through your online site.. no response
I even an hour ago sent a online message while someone was online.. no response
The last response I got or was posted in the forum was a generic email saying the online store was opening 2 days ago.. which has not happened
I mentioned in discussion with you.. being new to the forum and that people have been burnt.. communication was the key
Yes you maybe busy getting your site off and running... but keep us in the loop... otherwise you may find you have a store with no customers

I did a BO requesting a particular variety of the 2 types he had
I also was the first to purchase one from the listing
So I will not be happy if I end up weeks later with the variety I was totally not interested in

What item is it that you purchased? I have received NO messages through eBay from you, and NO messages through the site. I state in all of my auctions that I ship 2x a week, sometimes less. If you need to reach me, you can call my cell phone at anytime. there is a user here named Sandy Spero. I suggest anyone in need of a reference should contact him. My eBay feedback speaks for itself- I have perfect feedback for all of my IC listings. Not one complaint. So to be told that theres a "first smoldering" makes no sense to me. I check e-mail ALL the time, and respond immediately. If someone has a concern, all you have to do is reach me one way or another. Thanks. |

To reiterate, anyone complaining of lack of communication is a mysteery to me as like I said, I reply to everyone within a few hours other than this past holiday weekend while I was away. Again, my ebay feedback speaks for itself. Am I able to ship the same day I get an order? No. Am I going to reply to you right away if you have a list of parts? NO because I have 10 other lists ahead of you!
Again, talk to Sandy who I have spokend with on the phone for over an hour one night and have sold several chips to. He will vouche for the way I do business. My website was supposed to be online 2 days ago, and once again a problem beyond my control popped up and its now been delayed again. |

| I have been more frustrated than anyone else at the constant delays of opening my website. At first it was a PayPal issue, and now it is an issue with my products being reviewed before they are approved to upload. The approval process will be completed in the next 24 hours. I will be sending out an e-mail to anyone on the newslist to explain what has been going on. Thanks everyone, and I hope to build relationships with all of you starting on a better note. |
