I have some new stock of 30 4" wafers for sale - 9.99 per wafer and 4.99 for up to 4 wafers shipping. Here are some closeup shots of the dies. Apologies for the awful pics but it is the best I can do until I get enough dosh for a decent microscope....

OK Fellers - all purchasers in the last 36 hours - the wafers are in the mail!! - all sent by registered post - expect 10-15 days for delivery.

I will post some lovely clean 6" wafers today if I get time - watch out!! I have 2 types - one I think is flash memory and the other is some kind of micro device - not a CPU unfortunately.............
