I was wondering if this particular RISE MP6 is rare? I never often see this model with the ES. I looked on the site for more info but could not find much.

Full model and picture:

I found some info here, but not this exact model:

http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/MP6/index.html

and

http://www.cpu-world.com/cgi-bin/ajax/parts.fcgi?PART2=rise+mp6&CGI=OUTPUT%3DW%26PART%3DPART2%26ACTION%3DMATCHFP%26WANT%3DURL%26FIELD%3DPART2

This CPU appears to be 2.5 x 95 MHz = 237.5 MHz total.

Is this model rare? What is the going price for selling something like this? Can I get a bit more info on it?

Yes it is rare chip. If you clean therman grease and test if this works then price can be about 50-70 USD.

It is rare because very few collectors have it.

It goes in Super Socket 7 (aka Super 7) motherboards.

seeing no one is willing to pay $50 for other Rise ES I would put its value lower than that
also seeing the only activity while it was listed for $30 for the week was the offer i put in

You will see how expensive they will be soon. Lzf70000 has sold some but actually 333 ES he don't have any.

I have all models which he have actually for sell but in other case I would buy all missing even for 50$/pcs because I think they are worth it.

Has anyone tested these at their rated speed? Of the three 266 marked chips I have, only 1 worked.

They should work in either a socket 7 or a super socket 7.
