Had a wafer I got on ebay, was marked M4640, and appears to be a Conexant baseband processor with a ARM7TDMI and DSP
Also a ZMD U555 EPROM, cool that it has the crossed swords on the die
these done on my scanner, and not the cleanest, but fun nonetheless _________________ ***I Aim to Misbehave.***
Some where out there . There's a bullet with your name on it .....
Trick is, to die of old age before it finds you.

I redid the U555 at higher res and filtered in photoshop, amazing what the old scanner can do _________________ ***I Aim to Misbehave.***

Wow, you can see the individual storage elements in that scan! Very nice  _________________ OMG, I finally found out what's wrong with my brain:
On the left side, there's nothing right, and on the right side there's nothing left!
