Die photos and wafers are let's say hardware and pictures of hardware.
Means, both are not chip-related, not modern or vintage. I'd add all kind of pictures around our hobby;-)

I voted yes - can also be used for photos of other computer hardware. Photos that bring out the beauty in hardware.
